Readme File

Follow the instructions below very carefully

(1) In order for this tutorial to be interactive you must copy the Learning HTML folder to your computer.
(2) Now make a copy of your text editor by dragging the text editor icon into the Learning HTML folder and clicking on Copy Here. DO NOT CREATE A SHORTCUT.
(3) Leave the Learning HTML folder OPEN during the course of the tutorial.
(4) Only use the text editor that you have created a copy of in the Learning HTML folder.
(5) You must call any web page you create during these tutorials test.html and leave this open also.
(6) The web page you will create and build upon during these tutorial sessions will be saved to the Learning HTML folder.
(7) To open and view your Web Page in the text editor you must have the Files of type set to All Files.
(8) By following these steps you will always be able to view your creation by clicking on the TEST button.
(9) Don't forget to save your work when using the editor before clicking on the TEST button!
(10) To return to the tutorial from your creation click on the Back button of your browser. When you are sure about what you have to do, close this readme file, or you can leave it open to refer back to if you have a problem.
(11) When using the editor check and double check that you have opened the correct file, which MUST be called test.html providing you have created this file! DO NOT OPEN ANY OTHER FILE USING THIS EDITOR.

IT IS STRONGLY RECOMMENDED THAT YOU READ THE BOOKLET TO GET FULL USAGE OUT OF THIS TUTORIAL.
