you can down load free viewers for most of the files on this site from
the web sites below. Click on the picture then follow the instructions
at the linked site.

The Acrobat reader is needed for all files
with a .pdf name extension or showing the
icon. These include some of the course documentation. The
viewer allows you to skip between pages of a document, view the
document at different sizes and to print. You cannot edit the text
in the Acrobat Reader but you can copy and paste the text into another
application.

Word viewer
|
This viewer allows you to read documents in the
Microsoft Word format without having a copy of the software on your
pc. It should be used for all documents with the .doc name extension.
The viewer does not allow users to edit files. However, it allows
them to copy information from a document to other applications.

Excel viewer
|
This viewer allows you to read documents
in the Microsoft Excel 97 format without having a copy of the software
on your pc. It should be used for all documents with the .xls
name extension. Microsoft Excel Viewer gives users the flexibility
to view page layout, copy and control cell sizes, and access the
zoom and AutoFilter features.

PowerPoint viewer

This viewer allows you to read documents in the
Microsoft PowerPoint 97 format without having a copy of the software
on your pc. It should be used for all documents with the .ppt name
extension. You can view and print presentations, but you cannot
edit them in the PowerPoint Viewer.

Snapshot viewer
|
This viewer allows you to read and print report
snapshots. A report snapshot is a file (*.snp) containing a high-fidelity
copy of each page of a Microsoft Access report that preserves the
file's two-dimensional layout, graphics, and embedded objects.

Internet Explorer web browser for all supported types of computers.
